We track where a catalog is being used: streaming, radio and TV broadcast, and live performance. From that usage we calculate what it should be earning, and compare it with what was actually collected. Not a yearly audit, but a running check on every income stream.
When the numbers don't match, we file the claim: at the society, at the source, on your behalf. And we follow it until it is paid. Elsewhere, missing income is the writer's problem to spot. Here it is our job to find.
